I’ve always been drawn to words, research, and learning. My path into tech began as a Library Technician, helping patrons navigate research tools and troubleshoot computers — an experience that shaped how I see technology today: it should be clear, usable, and built with people in mind.

I work at the intersection of Quality Assurance and Technical Writing, designing test plans, identifying risk early, and translating complex workflows into structured, accessible documentation. I collaborate closely with SMEs, engineers, and product teams to reduce ambiguity, validate requirements, and align solutions with business goals.

I’ve also supported AI implementation and prompt design, focusing on clarity, repeatability, and scalable, well-documented processes.
